When you submit Song Words or a Song to Songwriters Music Group, it is a record of you being the writer on that date. All letters, e-mails, and contracts that you receive from Songwriters Music Group are also proof of your ownership. If you choose to have Songwriters Music Group record your song, it is additionally protected because a song is considered secure as soon as it is Recorded by a Professional Song Production Company such as Songwriters Music Group. We will always seek to protect writers from plagiarism.
